We understand that you may sometimes encounter issues with your order. Our custom products are crafted with care according to your unique specifications, and while we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for these items in cases of mistakes or changes of mind, we are committed to finding affordable solutions for you if you notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We take great pride in the creation and packaging of all our orders. Each item undergoes thorough inspection and testing, where applicable, before being dispatched. In the event that we make an error with your order or if the product does not meet its description, we will happily repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.

Returns or refunds are only applicable to non-customized products and require prior authorization. The product must be returned unused in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded in the case of a change of mind. If any issues arise with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number, along with photos and a description of the problem.

Warranty

At our company, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, which is why we stand behind our products with a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations within this period, we will promptly repair or replace it at no cost to you.

It’s important to note that warranty claims cannot be accepted for defects or damage resulting from product misuse. For tips on how to properly care for your products, please consult our frequently asked questions section.

Shipping returns

Please note the estimated production lead times for our custom products:

– Custom rubber stamps and custom Pottery stamps: typically within two weeks from the date of design proof approval.

Please keep in mind that these times are approximate. As a small team, we strive to work as efficiently as possible, and your order may be shipped sooner. If you’re in a rush, we suggest selecting the Express Post service at checkout. This ensures that your order will be processed more quickly within the Australia Post system once production is complete. It’s important to note that choosing Express Post does not affect the production time, but it expedites the postal service process.
